Upgrades the CircleCI Codecov orb to v6.0.0 and adjusts the unit test coverage/test-results upload steps to match the new orb configuration, while keeping PHPUnit outputs under the existing ./logs/phpunit artifact structure.

- Bump CircleCI orb
codecov/codecovfrom4.1.0to6.0.0. - Write Clover coverage output to
logs/phpunit/coverage.xmlinstead of repo root. - Split Codecov uploads into explicit
coverageandtest_resultsuploads, both targeting specific files and disabling automatic search.
